Booking with selloffhotels.com?

I am thinking about booking our hotel (condo) for our wedding in Orlando for 7 people (3 rooms) through www.selloffhotels.com. The prices seem better but I am nervous booking through the Internet because of not having a phone number (with condos or timeshares) to call to confirm reservations and ask questions about the resorts. Please share your experiences in booking with selloffhotels.com (good and bad). Also, does anyone know of anywhere that matches selloff's prices without requiring full payment at time of booking?
