Booking with Ken

Hi everyone, could you please tell me if Ken includes tax in his prices?

If not how much extra will I have to pay?

When I got a quote from him recently it included taxes.....

We did not experience any hidden fees. No tax, resort fee, etc. We go two weeks from tomorrow and we have been very pleased with Ken so far! We paid our balance 30 days out and received the guest confirmation letter with our names on it.
