Booking with Jet Blue

I'm trying to book our outbound flight and have filled out all the necessary info( name, address phone#'s etc) then when I click continue ,a box pops up that says "your are trying to proceed without assigning True Blue Numbers for 4 people"How do I get past this or can't I with out joining the TrueBlue program? TIA

I thought you just kept going...??? They are just checking to see if you forgot to do it. I have one for me and none for the rest of my family and I always get that message and just keep going...

I've hit cancel in the box several times and it keeps popping back up I sit and wait and nothing happens.

I just did the same thing. But when I got to the spot where it gave that message, I think I just kept going....nothing prevented me from continuing.

Do you mean click the continue button ,because I did that and it took me to the payment page, also I was hoping to pick my own seats or can't you do that with JB?

If I'm not mistaken, you don't choose your seats on JB until AFTER you pay.
