Booking with different agents but want to sit together?

My brother and his wife are booked on a 3 night cruise. My sister now wants to go and asked me to join. My brother already booked with a travel agent. If my sister and I book through Costco (because I think the cash back will be the best deal), can we call Disney Cruise lines and ask to be seated together? Or do we need to book with the same agent?

You just need to know the other reservation number, and you can be linked - which will put you together for dining and also allow the whole group to book port excursions and onboard activities together.
