Booking with AAA and requests.. HELP

I know someone on these wonderful boards will have the answers to my questions When I book my package through AAA I know they have to tell Disney my requests (building 1, water view ,etc.) What I don't know is my husband and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary while we are in Disney and I wanted to make note of it on our reservation. Can I call Disney and ask them to note that or do I have to ask AAA to do it? Thank you for any help!

I believe your reservation will not show up with CRO at this point. I think you have to do everything through AAA up until the last minute. Not 100% but 85% sure of that.

We booked through AAA last week because it was about $250 cheaper through them for the same trip.

When I booked my trip I told her we were going to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and she said she made a note of it in the reservation since some times they do something special (ie balloons in the room).

I will definitely make sure every time I call to make payment to double check that that note is in the system. I will also put in a room request the next time I talk to her too. We are staying at WL and I would love a view of the MK from one of the upper floors.
