booking with 40% off PIN

I was another one lucky enough to get a 40% off PIN. I called to book our stay (with the dates for the PIN being 11/29 - 12/5). We want to stay 11/28 - 12/5 so I tried booking those dates, but the CM told me that in order to book for the 28th he'd have to do 2 separate reservations, one without the code for the 28th and then another for the 11/29-12/5 so we'd have to check in on the 28th, then check out on the 29th to again check in and possibly be moved to another room from the 29th-5th. Isn't there any way we could just add on the 28th to our reservation and be able to stay in the same room and NOT have 2 separate reservations????

they may be able to keep you in the same room, but there is no way to book you as one ressie.If you want the 40% off the dates that are eligible, it needs to be done that way.It is how the Cm computers work.

no way around it. it goes by your check in date which is before the offer starts

I have read posts on these boards by people in a similar situation. Most have been able to stay in the same room, but they talked to the cm at check in to request this. You have to speak up or they have no way of knowing that you are already staying in the resort.

You can also have the CM making the res note "continuing res" on both of them. They cant guarantee youll stay in the same room but the odds are very good you will
