Booking with 2 different use years

I just bought a 25 pt addon at the BWV with an April use year. I have 200 BWV October use year points.

When I use those 25 points do they have to be seperate? Like if the room was 16 points a night can I use 16 April points for one night and then the next night use 9 April use year points and 7 October use year points?

I have banked points in the April year that I must use this year.
If I am unable to combine points from 2 use years on a single nights stay, for future referance, can I transfer my 25 April use year points into my October account every year to make them all October use year points?

MS won't just combine points from two different contracts, but you can do a transfer or you can borrow from the next year's 25 points to book complete days from the same contract.

I'm assuming you have two different contracts since DVC usually won't allow an add-on in a different Use Year unless it's a new 150 point contract.

If both contracts share the same member number, then you will most likely be able to combine the points as you suggest.

You can transfer the points and that is your best option. You could also make separate reservations for some days and link them.
