Booking window for 3/31/2012?

When can I book for a reservation that starts 3/31/2012 since April only has 30 days?

Either May 1 or April 30, I assume, but didn't know which. Thanks.

Thank you! I guess I never booked starting on a 31st before, or at least not with a shorter month preceding it.
