Booking window and banking - oh my, newbie. .

Second day owner here, 2 questions, I already have a trip booked in Dec and no other trips planned til June 24, can I go ahead and bank my points for June 2024 UY at any time before 1/31? I don’t want the UY points to sit in UY 23 and miss the 11 month window.

#2 when does the 11 month booking window open, specifically time of day? 6 am? Eastern, pacific? 12:01 am??

Yes, you can bank now.

Your booking window gives you the ability to make reservations up to 11 months in advance of your Check-In date at your Home Resort, and 7 months in advance of your Check-In date at all other Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

When the online booking window opens at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, you can book a stay of up to 7 consecutive nights!

1. Yes you can bank now. You can bank current UY points any time during current UY as long as it's before the banking deadline. You can also bank as many times as you want assuming you have points to bank. You don't have to bank all of the points if you don't want to.

2. The window opens at 8AM as stated above. Member services can make the reservation at 9AM when they open if you decide to call instead.

Just a heads up, if you ever book the reservation with the next UY points and then bank after the reservation has been booked. If you go back in and "modify" the reservation without changing any of the dates or the guests and select the same contract, it will utilize your banked points and free up the points the reservation was originally booked with.
