Booking WDW with a Group Using a PIN?

Question - I am coordinating a trip for a group of friends for our trip this Nov/Dec. I received a pin code that will probably be the best deal.

How do I book three different rooms (who will be paid for by three different couples) using this Pin?

Do I book all of the rooms and have my friends pay me or is there a way Disney can take different forms of payment?

I am going to be using Dreams Unlimited for this endeavor.
