Booking Vero Beach/ cash?? No dates available

Hi, I was looking on the Disney website, no matter what date I chose, it kept saying no availability-I chose dates for the summer, the Spring, etc. I was at the point I was putting any date it just to get an idea of costs, but nothing at all. I know it's not a large resort, but is this common? Should I call?
I usually book points, but this year with some family health issues, I wanted the flexibility if I needed to change or cancel if needed. thank you!

This is in fact common for cash rooms at Vero (and HH, and VGC).

They may have better availability if you call. People will debate me here but it’s true that Disney booking agents can see and book inventory we can’t - if it exists.

But most likely there’s no cash room availability right now. Yes, at all.

I would check incessantly around 11 months from your dates and 4 months from your dates. Vero tends to be the most likely of the three to open up cash rooms.

I see Vero dates open within the 60 day mark.
If you want a "cheat" way as a DVC member, I look at active availability within 60 days then check the cash site.

Yup I was surprised that my TA was able to see it but she could!!

Yes but also don’t expect miracles, HHI is nearly impossible to book for cash any time but winter.

Oh and the booking phone # for HHI and VB is the same as WDW - 1-407-WDISNEY

I was able to call MS at 7 months out but it was limited and this year no luck.

Sorry when I posted earlier I was referring to being able to see inventory that we couldn’t but not sure if that applies to the beach resorts though or just WDW.
