If I book two rooms using points through the concierge collection, do I pay the $95 (I think that is what the fee is now) for each separate room, or does it count as one reservation? I'm assuming I have to pay it for each room, but I thought I would ask here first.

I have done this several times and the $95 fee is per location booking - once for as many rooms as you need at that location and dates. If however, you need to add a room or cancel a room later on (or change your dates for that matter) they will charge you again.
We love the Concierge collection because you just call MS to book and can usually find ouf availability either right away or within 24 hours. Where as every time we try an Interval exchange we wait for months without any luck.
Good luck,
Jennifer

I'm glad to hear they are only charging one fee. However, the way it's written, I would expect them to charge per room. Most hotels consider each room a separate reservation and the rule for DVC says "per reservation". So don't be surprised if you hear it both ways from MS.
