Booking two rooms... How does it work? Also, Room Rates:

We are a family of five - and if we choose to book two value rooms - do we need to put one under my husband's name, and one under my name, or can we do it together under my name?

I know, sort of a silly question - but isn't there an issue with having two rooms? (I read a thread about a room being canceled?).

Also, if we book our first night during Peak Season, and the rest of our stay falls in regular season - will they adjust the rates, or do we need two reservations?

I'm considering the 4/3 special - and some of my dates fall under two room rates.
