Booking Tusker House for Finding Nemo

Quick questions

It says that to get tickets for nemo, you have to book an adr between 1:00pm and 1:40pm. Can you get in without having to dine at Tusker house? There is one time slot left for the day we are going (1:40pm). Is it up to 1:40pm or is the time slot 1:40pm also included?

You can get in without dining at Tusker House, but you need to get in line 30-45 minutes before show time depending on the crowd.
