Booking Tours

We are planning to visit WDW in February to celebrate my DD's 16th birthday and we want to take 1 or 2 of the tours (Segway and Backstage Magic). Can anybody tell me how soon I can make reservations for them. It's President's Week (gasp) and I don't want to get shut out.

Call now and ask. When I called a few months ago with just some general tour questions, the CM told me I could book the Segway tour then. I thought I had to wiat until 90 days, so it was a nice surprise.

i thought you had to book the tour 90 days in advance. that's what i was told when i wanted to book a wishes cruise for me and my DH.

I book our KTTKT back in June for our Oct trip. I was told that you could book it up to 1yr.

You can book a year in advance. However some CM's don't seem to know this. The first time I phoned to book tours for our Christmas trip (segway and backstage magic) I was told I couldn't book it until 90 days before. Then I read here that people had booked tours for similar dates so I phoned back and the CM I spoke to the 2nd time booked them straight away. I booked both our tours for Christmas week in March.

I just called to book a Segway tour for next year but they can only book tours up until the end of 2005 at the moment.

Once they put 2006 on the system you will be able to book any tour on any date in 2006.

She couldn't tell me when that would be though.
