Booking Tours

How far in advance can you book a tour?
Is your credit card charged at the time of booking? If so what is the refund policy?
Are there some tours that are particularly popular and sell out well in advance?

I think you can book at least 90 days in advance. Your card is charged at the time of booking and you have to cancel at least 48hrs before your tour. I booked a Segway tour, Hidden Treasures and Keys to the Kingdom about 2 weeks ago for my trip sept 19-26th. Go to allearsnet.com to see which days the tours are offered. Everything I wanted was available, but the CM mentioned that there were a few days that week that were booked up for certain tours - I can't remember which though! Hope that helps.

Meddam is right on with the info. We booked a "Keys to the Kingdom" tour for our trip next week. Our credit card was billed right away, & we were told that we could cancel up to 48 hrs. of the tour. Also , if you have a Disney Visa card & book your tour on it, you can save 20%.
