If I want to book Keys to The Kingdom Tour, do I need to call disney directly? Or can it be done through member services. Disney is currently a 30 minute wait.

I actually called on Friday to book a behind the seeds tour. After my 35 minute wait couple things came up - 1. the tours are not available to be booked for June and July just yet. 2. If I wanted to apply my DVC discount i would have to call DVC to book. that was totally news to me. I feel like i am usually on top of things but I didn't realize that we could call MS to book tours. So yes they can book it for you and utilize your discount, if you are eligible.

I got the booking through MS with my DVC discount. 5 minute wait. The woman I spoke to told me to call them first for whatever I want to do, and not to wait on the phone for that long with Disney. It was a very good experience.
