Booking tours now 2 years out?!

How did I miss this memo? I'm on here everyday, checking for little nuggets of information on DW, and somehow I missed this. Anyway, so I call WDW-TOUR exactly 90 days prior to our segway morning (just got off the phone after no holding at all) only to be told they are sold out for our entire stay! But, but, I stammered to the CM, isn't this the 90th day prior, etc, and she says "tours can now be booked up to 2 years in advance, I'm sorry." Well, dang it. I can't find this little factoid on any WDW site, not Allears.net, not passporter.com, nowhere! The PScalculator site still lists tours as 90 day events, and I trusted it, so that's why I've missed out on this one.
Blech. Oh, well, 's ok, just thought I'd pass it along.

Yea it's kind of like HDDR. That can be booked up to 2 years in advance. Also the golf carts at FW can be booked up to a 1 year in advance.

I believe backstage tours can be booked 1 year in advance. I learned that on here I think although I had also read in guide books it was 90 days before. The first time I tried to book a tour for this trip the CM also told me it had to be booked at the 90 day mark. I phoned back a few days later and was able to book the segway and backstage magic tour without any problems. We phoned in April for our December trip.
