Booking time for 2006?

I'm thinking of taking the family back to Disney World in June '06. My Kids get out school a few days after Memorial Day. So I would like to go the first week of June.

When is good time to book? When will the '06 rates come out.
When we went in '03, I bought the park tickets from the Disney Store in our mall, it was a little cheaper than AAA. I made the reservations myself on-line with Disney.
Is that the best way to do it.

The kids will be 10 and 13 and might be the last time we all go together, at least while their kids.

We loved Coronado Springs and might probably stay there again but I'd like to try a different on-site resort. Any suggestions for about the same cost?

We did GF, but Granda Pa treated.

Hi!

We're going in 2006 also. You can't book online for '06 yet, but you can *call* Disney and make your room reservation now if you'd like. I was told the '06 rates will be out around October. If you book now for next year, your room rate will be adjusted if/when the prices increase for next year.

I thought when we went before and made our room reservation, that the price we were quoted and booked is the price it stayed, regardless of increases later. Am I remembering wrong, or they changed it?

We're also going in June 2006. We stayed at Coronado and loved it, POR and liked it fine, but not as well, and WL and liked it fine, but not as much as Coronado, either. We are going to try Caribbean Beach this time, and see if it comes closer to the mark. We'd just go back to Coronado, but keep thinking we should try something else!
