Booking through Dreams unlimited? Anyone done this?

Hi,
My husband and I would like to take a trip in August and I was going to book through Dreams unlimited.com Has anyone booked through them before and what was your experience? Would I be better off calling or making the reservations online? Thanks!

I've used Dreams Unlimited for quite a few of my WDW trips. They're terrific! Truly hassle-free. Liz is my agent, and she is wonderful. They will even make priority seatings for you, as well as check for any discounts that you're eligible for. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I have use Dreams Unlimited at least 4 times and had wonderful results every time. The agent will work with you to plan the trip you want to do. They will check and re-check your reservation for price specials/deals/packages. They will make priority seating reservations and will even suggest things to do (my agent suggested the princess breakfast (not Cindy's, the other one) because she thought I would like it and I did). About 30 days before your trip they will send you an itinerary specific to your booked PS's, special events, and how you want to tour the parks.

I have always booked using the online form. They get back to you ASAP. I only had a problem once back when the whole internet was having a problem.

They are super -- will look for the best price so you don't have to worry about being away from the boards. Two of our friends have used and loved them. I've finally relinquished control and are using them this trip. Cathy is super, I have no regrets.

I just made my first booking with them today. I've heard great things about Dreams Unlimited and decided to give them a chance. So far so good. I got my DC discount with nothing more than leaving a $100 deposit. I'll have to se how the PS's go!

This is our 2nd trip to WDW using Dreams, and we think they (and our agent, Cathy) are great! You don't have to worry about searching for discounts - they do it for you. And printing up that itinerary and keeping it with you are SO helpful. We got all the PS's we wanted last year (except CRT), and leaving all the "legwork" to our agent was priceless. All I had to do was tell Cathy what we wanted to do and the things that were important for us to show to our DD, and Cathy did the rest.

We are using them for our August trip and I LOVE IT!!!!!

I usually plan my own trips but we're in the process of moving and i didn't need the extra stress so I tried Dreams, it's been wonderful!

Cathy, our agent, even had our AP rate applied without me even asking. She's made our PS and even changed them when I changed my mind!


I'll probably never go back to planning my WDW vacations by myself!

So yes....I recommend them.

Another vote for Dreams! We used them in 2000 and everything went perfectly! We're booked with them again for December!

We are using DU for the second time for our September trip. While everyone else was dialing and holding for long periods of time on the first day of the FT Package, I simply sent an email request to DU. Within 24 hours we were booked, and you can even pay by credit card through their secure connection. What could be easier?

We used Dreams for one night in December, 2002, and our local TA for the other nights. The only night that had no problems was the night booked by Dreams (Merrie is great!).

We're booking our entire trip through Dreams (Merrie again) for this December, and we've had to make a whole bunch of changes (add people, remove people, change dates, change hotels, plus we're going on a DCL cruise), and there hasn't been a problem yet. They've bent over backwards to help us.

I use Dreams for all of my non-DVC WDW stays. They are great and really take care of everything. I have Beth make all my ressies, she even makes all the changes when (if) lower rates become available. She makes all my PS's and creates a printable itinerary for me with all park hours and my PS's. When you use Dreams all the worry is removed and all the details are attended to!

We LOVE DU!!!!! Beth is our agent, and I can't begin to tell you how happy we are with her! I'm always asking for rates at a different hotel, e-mailing her with tons of questions, and she gets back immediately! I don't know how she does it! I will never plan my own WDW vacation again. DU is the way to go!
