Booking the Swan through Expedia

I found some great deals in August for the Swan +airfare through Expedia. I haven't gone through the full booking (yet) but it doesn't mention anything about the resort fees. Does anyone know if Expedia prices include the resort fees, or if I book will I be presented with a bill for these fees upon arrival? Thanks!

The resort fees are always due and payable to the hotel on your departure. Even Marriott does not pre charge you for the resort fee. It is $30 + taxes. Hotwire, Priceline, and even Orbitz don't charge you.

The resort fee may be listed but you will never pre-pay.
