Can anyone tell me is it possible to book the mini golf in advance and how does one go about it ?

We've done mini golf on previous trips but just turned up on the day and waited, now the Disney are including it free with the UK tickets I wondered if it was possible to pre book.

TIA :goodvibes

No pre-booking for mini-golf it is still turn up and wait I'm afraid. :)

I wouldn't worry- we did winter/summerland in July and it was about 5 minutes wait. Any other times we have been the longest wait was about 10 minutes and usually straight on:goodvibes

We did Fantasia the other night and it was just 10 minute wait :)

Thanks for the good news .... hopefully as we'll be a group of 7 we wont have to wait too long

I love doing the pitch and putt side of Fantasia as this is the only time I can completely slaughter my DH at golf. He always beats me on the crazy golf side. He is very competitive and hates it when I win. :goodvibes

Have you tried the Pirates Golf at the Crossroads? That is so much fun and well worth doing. Its just by Sweet Tomatoes.:thumbsup2

Hi!

Please can someone tell me the quickest way to get to the pitch and putt?? Was just going to ask when picking up my Disney tickets but as you're all talking about the pitch and putt on here, seems silly not to ask you guys. Hope you don't mind?? Thanks!

We loooove pirate cove golf. Can't wait to play there again in November!

Winter Summerland is next door to Blizzard Beach so you can just catch the bus to BB.

Fantasia Gardens is behind the Swan & Dolphin - you will need to go to a park or DTD then get a bus to the Swan and then walk across the road from the resort.

That's when we will be playing it also! Do you do both sides? We normally do but last September it was just so humid in the evening we couldn't wait to get into some AC...:)

Apart from the bus to Swan for Fantasia Gardens, if you are in Epcot or HS you can get a Friendship Boat to the Swan and Dolphin. Turn left when you disembark and walk along the side the Swan past the little swimming pool. Just follow the path and it takes you to the crossing where you can see Fantasia right opposite. Its so much fun. They used to give you a Mickey Mouse golf ball at the end but not sure they did that last time. Take water its VERY hot out that with only one bit of shade.:)

Ok cool, thanks! I'll get my *** whooped by my 6 yr old but it's all in the name of fun right?! At least they tell me it is! Lol! :)

We played last week at Fantasia Gardens, we arrived at 10.30 and had to wait about 30 mins before we could play but it was well worth it. It was extremely hot and although there are drinks fountains there I would definitely recommend you take drinks with you. We didn't get a Mickey golf ball either :sad2:

We had a 60 minute wait last week - so walked over to the Boardwalk Bakery and grabbed a couple of Counter Service meals to share (the dessert options were great) we shared a coke and kept our water for playing.

I am not sure if you can actually reserve a time if you go there as 60 mins gives plenty of time to have an amble around/ grab a snack

Also to add - it is a max of 4 in a party per hole so they will split you into a 3 and 4 - but you will be pretty much next to each other anyway

We are a family of five, one of those being a 3 year old who will be bored by hole 3 and will want to just look at stuff and get in our way of all the holes in one I know I would have been able to get lol. Will they split us up?

Yes normally both sides, although this year I suppose we will have to let the kiddies dictate a bit, so we may only get one side done per visit.

Are the courses shaded? I'm going to WDW next week, do you think it's doable in the afternoon or will I die under the sun?
