Oh yikes. I called right at 7 and they put me through to someone via the Lightning Lane option (please press 1, otherwise call back during operating hours)

That’s honestly normal for this time of morning, unless you call right at 7 that’s usually the estimated wait time. Remember recreation can’t be booked online and people’s 60 day windows are opening every day.
