Booking - Telephone or Online?

Hi guys

Have read on here that if you book online through the official DLP site you need to pay the entire balance upfront at the time of booking, whereas it's just a 15% deposit (and the remainder later on) if you call to book. Is this correct?

If I'm to do down the telephone route, am I best ringing the resort direct or is there a specialist UK line to call? Also, how do I go about paying the remaining balance? Can it be done online or, for instance, if I want to pay £200 off the balance, do I need to call them to process it?

Will I be given a reference number whereby if I need to amend the booking or make any requests, I can call/email and they'll be able to pull the booking up on their systems and will know my booking details etc?

I use 0844 8008111. They'll tell you how much deposit you've paid, and when the balance is due it will be taken out automatically, but you can call beforehand (same number) and make further payments if you wish.

Yes, they'll give you a ref. number.

If you want to pay bits off have you thought about a travel agency as we book with the Co-op travel, I just take my printoff from the Disneyland paris Site with the quotes and they ring Disney and book for me, I then pay the 15% deposit and then go in every month and pay a bit off, the only thing is with them you need to pay in full 90 days before you travel.
