Booking summer 2013

My brother and his wife decided that they would like to go on a DC this summer
with their 11 year old son.
They have a date in mind but are finding out that there is not much available for just about any dates July/Aug.
So I thought I would check with my disboarders just to see what you all think of their chances of getting anything for a some what reasonable rate.

Where do they want to go? The Dream still has room available in July and August as does the Fantasy. Granted the prices for this summer on the Fantasy is steep. Where do they want to go and for what length of time?

It appears that only verandah rooms are left for that sailing so your looking at atleast $6500. That was assuming both families have only one child.

It looks like there are Ocean View and Verandah rooms available.

Low season starts in the 3rd week in August. So it will only get worse. There could be a chance of *GT rates, specially on the Dream, but it's a crap shot at this point.

If you can push it to late August or September, then your chances are higher on getting *GT rates.

The OP indicated that a child would be sailing and when I put in the info for that particular date verandah is the only room that pops up. Where did you find an ocean view?
