Booking Specific Buildings in Resorts

Hi,

Just wondering about the process, I made a reservation yesterday and this year decided to do more research. I asked for a specific building in a WDW resort, but all they could say was "we can't promise anything" and then booked my reservation. Is that how it works? Thanks.....

yes disney can't guaranteed you anything - but most of the time (unless you are booking a very popular time - like Thanksgiving week or other holidays) - you get what you asked for - they can't guaranteed because if a guest wants to stay longer than their original plans - WDW can't ask them to leave for you.

go post on the WDW resort boards and you will get more answers to your question.
