Booking question

My 7 month window is coming up. Can you book directly online or do you just fill out a form and wait for someone to get back to you? I was just wondering if there is a benefit of booking over the phone as opposed to online. Is one quicker and easier than the other? We want to book an 8 night stay. I think I can only book the first 7 nights the day my 7 month window opens, so then can I add the next night online the next day or do I have to call back to add a night? Sorry for all the question, we usually book over the phone but will be out the day we can book and it would be so much easier to do it on the computer if possible.

On-line booking is a true on-line reservation system.

To extend the reservation more then 7 nights, it would be best to call back and have MS extend the check-out date. If you do it on-line, you will end up with multiple reservations which would need to be consolidated into a single one.

I always book on line for 8 nights no problem...quick and easy. Then if I need to make any type of change I call and talk to a CM

If you are able to book 8 nights online all at once, then you are booking at least one day AFTER your 11/7 month window opens. Nothing wrong with that - but for those who are trying to book something popular during a busy period, that strategy might not work successfully.
