Booking question

Next summer we will be going on a trip to WDW with 5 other families using our DVC membership for the rooms. We are trying to figure what would be the best way to reserve the rooms due to my distribution of points. We are looking for some recommendations for the best way to reserve multiple rooms for next summer late August/September for 5 nights Sunday - Thursday. The goal would be in the end up with 1 grand villa and 3 studios at BLT. What is the best way to book this now and then have the best chances of switching rooms at the 7 month mark based on how many points are available?
We will have available 245 banked/current BLT points and 300 banked/current SSR points and can borrow 210 BLT and 150 SSR points. Due to the points being split between BLT and SSR we will not be able to book all the rooms for BLT at the 11 month mark. What would everyone suggest as the best way to book and with the best chances of moving all the rooms to BLT at the 7 month mark? Would we be better to reserve the studios or GV at BLT at 11 months? The other issue is that we would not be able to book all the nights for a GV at BLT until the 7 month mark where we can use the SSR points at BLT.

The points for the rooms for both resorts are listed below.

BLT studio 19/night
BLT GV 101/night
SSR studio 14/night
SSR GV 79/night

There are more LV studios than GV's, so my 1st thought would be booking as many BLT GV days as possible (4). But I might consider booking a week in a studio and 3 GV days now...

First be aware of the following: in both 2012 and 2013, you could have easily gotten a BLT GV (theme park or lake view) and any studio other than standard view at 7 months out for any time last week of Aug through most of Sep.

If what you want is BLT GV and 3 theme park or lake view studios, I would likely just get two of the studios for all 5 nights at 11 months out and possibly some of the nights for the third as long as you don't borrow points and then just wait for 7 months out and add everything else. If you are wondering. BLT theme park studios actually book up faster than the GVs at BLT.

I would get a transfer from another BLT owner and book all BLT rooms at 11 months.

I would book what you can at 11 months. And if possible transfer in some BLT points or rent them so they too can be booked at the 11 month mark. Although you'll probably could get the GV at 7 months for August or late September.

BTW, we had a family gathering in June for five nights for five families and ended up with three 2BRs. It cost us less points than a BLT GV alone would cost. It worked out great we had two families share two of the 2BRs and one family of six had a 2BR to themselves.
