Booking question

We are booked on the Wonder with Kids Sail Free promo to the Mexican Riviera. Some friends also booked with us. They decided just barely they would like to bring a friend of their daughters along. They have two rooms booked gty one with 4 people and the other with 3. They called DU and asked about adding her on and were told there was no room.

What are their options? Is the promotion still running?

I'm not sure what age her friend is but on our Feb 20th cruise, they are not taking any passengers under 14 now. It has something to do with the amount of kids in a certain age group. I could still book 5 in a room but I did 2 adults and 3 teens(13) and it would have gone through. We also wanted to add a cousin who is 5 and were not able to even though we have 2 connecting OV cabins with 3 people in each

My first question is what day are you planning on traveling?

What may have happened, is that there may be no more 4 person rooms avail in that cat. You may have to go up a cat or 2 to be able to do what youd like.

Try looking up a 4 person cabin, in a higher cat, on DCLs site and see what happens.

No the promotion ended on July 31 I believe.

Also, the ship may be too full of her age group, or there might not be any more space in the lifeboat stations. The promo was pretty popular, so there's not too much room left on the ship in general.

We asked our adult daughter if she wanted to come along with us (our room sleeps 5 and we only have 4) and she didn't make her decision for a long time. It's now too late, they say our lifeboat station is at capacity (even though our room is not).
