Booking question--11 mth window

Quick question regarding booking--do you have to wait until the 11th month before to the DAY of check in or just the month? For example say I want to check in nov 15, do I have to wait until Dec 15th to book or can I book Dec. 1st? Thanks for the clarification!!

11 months prior to check-in date. For Nov 15th, you can call Dec 15th.

Hi don't mean to hyjack thread but can anyone stear me to the tread about the new booking and how they have done with in. I need to book 3 weeks for next Oct at BWV and I am not sure when to start the process this year because of the changes and because we start our vacation in the middle of the week. Thank for any help. Carol
