Booking problems

So last tuesday we booked out trip over the phone with Disney. Gave all info and took the deposit. Good to go right? Nope never got an email with info. Money was taken out, no problem there. So I waited a few day with no email or letter. So I called to find out what the problem is. Took them half an hour to find our plans. Info was all wrong. Thought it was fixed went back over everything. Still no email. ANyone else have a booking problem?:confused:

I didn't have any problems recently but one time they messed up my email address so I didn't get my confirmation email.
That might be what happened to you.
I think I'd call them back, have them check all the info again for you and reconfirm your email address. then get the confirmation number from them.
With the confirmation number, you can access your reservation on the main disney website to double check everything.

I didn't get an email confirmation last time either, but as long as you have your confirmation number & everything's ok online, you're good to go. I also never got my ME info, again, as long as you have your conf number all is well!
