Can it be done online or do I have to call?

I'm trying to book Spirit of Aloha and having the most annoying issues. It keeps defaulting back to tier one seating no matter how many times I switch it to tier two, and then when I finally get it to accept that I want tier two it doesn't give me an option to use my DDP to book it (and yes, I know it is a terrible value on the plan... but we're getting the plan free, aren't planning ADRs for every night, and my mom really wants to try it). I suppose I could probably have called with the time I've put into fighting the web site but I'm getting ready to head off on a camping trip tomorrow and just don't want to be bothered calling unless I have to.

I had that problem on & off for a week with MBYBBQ. I could have called, but just decided it wasn't worth it & gave up. At first it kept kicking me back to the reservation page & then it offered no way to reserve with the DDP.

I've heard it can be done online, but if you're having problems, you might as well bite the bullet and call.

I booked Hoop Dee Doo online and it tried to push me to pay for it, but I think I hit the back button on my browser, tried again, and it let me use my DDP.

I had to call to book HDDR. I added the dining plan to an existing booking so it was not showing up in MDE. They could do book it over the phone without an issue.
