hi - what time does the website allow you to book your port arrival time when the window opens?

I am in CST (Nashville) and was unable to log on to do online check-in at Midnight EST (11pm my time). The DCL website insisted on waiting until my COMPUTER said 12 midnight, my time. I had better luck using DuckDuckGo on my phone in terms of at least seeing the "Check In" button. YMMV
