Booking palo and excursions questions

I just have a quick question about this date on my cruise reservation on disney cruise website. It says I can book Palo and excursions and other reservations after January 29. So because it is worded like this “after January 29” does that mean I can book on January 28th at 9:00pm pacific standard time, or does this mean midnight January 29, or January 29th sometime during the day or January 30th? I could have sworn from previous Disney cruises a long time ago it was at midnight on that day. But the wording does not make sense….after January 29. Thank you for your help.

I would understand it to mean after midnight that changes Jan 29 to Jan 30. Eastern Time.

The wording on my reservation says my booking window opens Aug 4, 2024 as long as paid in full. Your reservation should say something similar. For me this means that I can book activities at midnight (I think 12:01 am) at the start of Aug 4th. It means on the east coast staying up past midnight on Aug 3rd. For west coast I believe you would book on January 28th at 9:00 pm. I am on the east coast so someone from the west coast can verify this.

That means it will open at midnight eastern on January 29. So 9pm pacific on January 28. The wording is confusing-not sure why it’s like that.
