Booking over the phone

Can someone please remind me of the deposit required for telephone bookings and is it 60 days prior to travel that the balance is due. I know it always seems to be taken from your bank a few days after the date you're given when booking.

The last time we booked it was 10% deposit and yes the balance 60 days before.

Can I jump in and ask... The remainder of my holiday was due today however it hasnt been taken from the bank despite plenty of money being available. I dont want to phone up and pay over the phone if its going to be debited in a few days, has anyone any experience?

Mum2... I'd give it a couple of days, my previous experience has been it's never debited on the day they say, but if you phone they'll say it's paid. There must be some sort of delay within the bank system. :goodvibes
 

it can take up to 7 days for your bank account to show the money has been debited for Disney, so I'd give it until the beginning of next week mum2, then call Disney to confirm the money has been requested.

It depends on what kind of card you have. Some debit cards cant be automatically deducted. They will tell you when you make your booking.
