Does anyone know where you are supposed to enter the code? I was trying to price a room using a FL res rate code I got from mousesavers.com, but I cant figure out how to enter the code into the reservation system. Help!

Hi FL neighbor! Well, to start when you go to the WDW website on the first page on the right side up toward the top there is a small "Florida Residents" (underneath where it says "Calendar") and you click on that.
That should bring to a page showing where to put in your FL zip code (for example: 32128), and then that should take you to a FL Res page.

Then click on "Special Offers" and that will take you to a page showing all the FL Res specials.
Click on the one you are interested in - for example, if you click on this one:
Spring Getaway Offer - $79 per night plus tax at Select Value Resorts Rate valid most nights for Sunday through Thursday arrivals 4/15/07 - 4/19/07 and 4/22/07 - 5/16/07 at Select Value Resorts in a standard room.
It will take you to another page with the details and a "BOOK NOW" button:

Oh, that has happened to me before and I hate that their website is so hard to use sometimes! 
There's nowhere to add a FL Res code if it doesn't show in their specials... It's almost like they don't want make any $$$ ( and we all know that's not true!)
I guess you'll have to call directly and ask (or contact Dreams Unlimited) to see what they say - I guess it could be that they pulled it from their site if there's no availability left maybe?
