Tonight I went online after pricing some resorts last night and I had one saved in my cart for CR, so that DH and I could compare that and Poly. Of course, the garden view rates, etc...(i.e. anything reasonable!) had disappeared and only the most expensive thing was left. I thought it was weird that the entire resort would be sold out a year in advance, so I called to get pricing. The CM on the phone tells me there's plenty of availability in the garden wing, gives me prices, etc...
So, does anyone know why online availability differs so much from what they can tell you over the phone? I have never been impressed by the website but this just feels off to me, almost bait and switch (which I hate to even type, I love Disney!) I hope this is just updating or something, that's just where my cynical mind goes!
