Booking Oga's Cantina for times after closing time

I noticed dining reservations for Oga's Cantina that are after 9 PM, the closing time for the park on the dates we are visiting.
How does this work? Do they simply let you stay in the park? Or is this a booking glitch?

It’s not a glitch. You can stay in the park until your reservation time. Attraction queues will still close at park close, however. My hubby and I did a late Oga’s reservation last September, and we had SO MUCH FUN. The park is so empty when you leave, and it’s lovely to wander out at your leisure and just enjoy the quiet night ambiance. I say go for it!

Sounds like fun.
So how it would it look like, say, if we got a 945 pm reservation but the park closes. Do we just hang around Galaxy's Edge, and when CM"s ask us to leave we just say we have a later reservation? Will Oga's be the only place that takes dining reservations after park closing?

We just hung around Galaxy’s Edge while we waited. I don’t even think CM’s had really started asking g folks to leave. We had way too much fun taking photos with hubby’s awesome lightsaber from Savi’s and just relaxing. The bartender at Oga’s was great and didn’t rush us at all. As for other restaurants taking reservations after park close, im not sure. I feel like *perhaps* I’ve seen it elsewhere, but not at all certain. Just be aware that Oga’s has very limited food. I’d eat dinner during park hours, honestly.

Not HS but at Epcot last summer we had a late dinner res at Teppan Edo, I think we were done maybe an hour after the park had officially closed. No CMs made any effort to kick us out but I did notice that some of the spaces were roped off in an effort to funnel any remaining to the exits.

When we had a 9:45, we were admiring Toy Story land all lit up and getting empty. The CMs started their polite sweeping of guests toward the front, and we had to show our ADR to be permitted to go towards galaxys edge. We were hanging out by ogas entrance and they asked if we would be willing to come inside sooner. We thought of poor CMs wanting to get off their feet, and did so. It was lots of fun. The next time we did it, we requested a booth as my hubby was recovering from a hip break and needed off his feet. We got one to ourselves!
