Booking MYW package when we already have NE tix - Will it get messed up?

I do it BEFORE I enter the park, not after. MUCH easier to prevent the problem rather than have to solve it!

I understand that. But my tickets also showed that they were prioritized before I entered the park. So, it was a surprise to find out the wrong tickets did get used as soon as I entered the parks. Nobody could really explain how/why that happened, though they did try to figure it out. So while I tried to prevent the problem by visiting Guest Relations before entering the first park, it didn't really matter since the wrong tickets were used anyways.

Fair enough. As I said, it has worked for me. They scan my band, see the tickets, and then I use my band to enter. If I was in your shoes, I'd do that and then maybe ask them to scan again after entering.

Actually, I should have just entered the park using my AP hard tickets instead of our magicbands. Then I wouldn't have had a problem. That's what I've always done in the past when I've had an AP and tickets attached to MDE. I just figured that since I had checked the prioritization twice on two separate occasions, everything should be fine. Silly me.
 
Some good suggestions on here, thank you all! The prioritization thing always makes me a bit paranoid and I would be constantly checking with Guest Relations to make sure the correct tickets were used. But great point to check beforehand.
