We will be a group of 6 (myself, DH, DS20, DD18, DS15 and DS20's GF) I am looking at the option of booking 3 rooms at Pop.

1. Can I book all three rooms under one MDE account?

2. If so, do I list DS20 and DD18 as the leads in the other 2 rooms?

3. If it can all be done under one MDE, can I book the DxDP on just one room and not the other 2?

Thanks for you help!

You can book all 3 rooms under your MDE account. You will be making three separate reservations. Yes, put DS20 and DD18 as lead guests on the other rooms. Yes, you can put the dining plan on one room and not the others. I would then call WDW and ask them to link the reservations as "travel with" and make any requests (connecting, etc.) at that time. You can also call and make the reservations and place the requests and then simply link the reservations to your MDE account.

1. Yes you can book all three rooms under one reservation number. You have to call reservations but it is a great way to get three rooms. Everyone’s Magic Banfs will work for all three rooms.

3. If you want one room only to have the dining plan then you will have to make that on a separate reservation.

Thank you both for your help.

And, just to clarify,

Can this separate reservation still be under the same MDE account or is that not allowed? I'm trying to figure out if I can just manage it all or if someone else will have to set up a separate MDE account.

Thanks again.

Should be able to have it under one MDE account. I'm going in November with my two older kids. I currently have reservations for them and myself at Pop and AS Music (split stay) as originally planned. DH has a lot of Starwood points, and booked a room for us at the Swolfin, and I planned to cancel ASMo. But when I linked the reservation number so I could make FP+, he was the only one on the reservation. Whoops! So while we work this out, my MDE shows three of us at Pop/ASMo and DH at the Swolfin at the same time. DH isn't on this trip, but he is a person in my MDE from our last trip, so I can manage both reservations. I don't think you'll have a problem at all.

Yes, under the same MDE account, you can have one room with the dining plan and the other rooms without. Each room can have its own package components.
