Booking multiple rooms before the general public?

We have Silver status and will be able to book one day before the general public. Is it possible to book 3 rooms on that day?

Do kids count for the silver status? We are taking DH's parents on a cruise (well, hoping to) and would divide our kids between the rooms. DH and I and the kids are all silver, but the ILs have never cruised DCL.

I'm not sure if it is accurate, but someone said that the lead person on the reservation had to have status to book early. If that is true, you could book one room with you in it and the second with your husband. Split up the remaining however you want. Once you board rearrange to how you really want to have people sleep.

Thanks!
The issue is we would likely need 3 rooms. But that’s ok we will see what happens!

As CM Dad says - Put you & mom & kids in one room, and husband & dad in other room. That way only your husband and MIL would need to get blank key cards (good for room entrance only) and switch rooms once onboard.

OK, room 1 , you, MIL, and one kid.
Room 2, husband, FIL
Room 3 one kid (of yours) and whoever else it is .
If there are extra kids, spread them out in the various rooms.
All 3 rooms get silver status.

ALSO: you should call, not do the booking online. You're more likely to get a CM who can work with you to sort the people out.

Does the lead have to be an adult though?

Yes, and over 21 if there will be minors in there. For example two 18 year olds can sail together but an 18 year old and 15 year old cannot.

That's was my understanding. So, even though your children may be a certain status, you couldn't use them to book a room during the early booking window.
