Booking more than one room with BR?

It used to be that you could book up to three rooms on one AP to get AP rates. I want to book for me, my sister, and sister's in-laws for a total of 3 rooms. My family is the only one that goes frequently enough to have an AP make sense. When we were planning our February trip with Sister, et al, it was before the new system came out. Can I book three rooms on the Best Rate? Anyone done that? Thanks for any help.

Yes. You can do it online or have a TA do it for you. I was asking to make two reservations. I received this from Disney....

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Yes, you can make two reservations with the Best Rate program. The lead name on each reservation
must be a passholder (even if they both have to be in your name). Please note that you can only book
one room per reservation number so you will need to book each room separately. Also, each
reservation will require a nonrefundable deposit equal to one nights room plus tax.

At what point are you able to change the names on the additional room(s)? I was able to make reservations for the 3 rooms, but I am the lead guest on each room. There will be 2 adults in each of the rooms, so I need to make sure that they can get the room keys, etc. in their own names.

Sorry to be so full of questions. It seems like one answer just leads to another question.

Hi.. I booked 2 rooms in my name on the web for the BR, then called CRO and switched the name on one room to another adult..

Did you switch over all the contact information (address, phone, etc.) as well? I know I'm supposed to be with them at check in and that isn't a problem. I just want to get my ducks in a row in advance.
