booking meals when making reservations

I am planning on booking 2 x GMFB's for our trip in Ocotober and character meals at cafe mickeys and lucky nugget saloon. When i book these with my package do they need to be paid upfront or will they just add them to the total cost and I will pay 10% deposit on them and the rest later?

Also I'm presuming for the character meals i will just get sent vouchers and i can arrange the reservations for myself before i go and just present the voucher when paying?

What happens with the GMF breakfasts, do i get to request what days or do i just ask for a specific number and we get allocated them at check in?

Whenever I've booked meals it's been just a booking and then you pay at the restaurant when you've had your meal. Only meal I've ever paid for in advance is the Buffalo Bills Wild West show and meal.

With GMF breakfasts you resuqest which days you want them for.

We had a character breakfast and it was paid for before we went. We requested it at time of booking package and it was added to cost of holiday. We had to specify day and time and when we booked in to hotel we were given voucher to take on day.
Not sure about Lucky Nugget but assume it will be same if booking ahead.
