Booking March Break 2018 Advice

I know when I booked last year for March break West Jet had three morning/afternoon direct flight from Toronto YYZ to Orlando MCO. This year there is only one direct flight showing , with everything else having stops and layovers (some up to 11 hrs).

I just got a Google Flights alert saying March 23-27, 2018 there's been a price increase for 2 adults and 2 children flying return out of Toronto to Orlando. INSANE!!!!!
