I've been searching for the answer to this but haven't had any luck finding it - sorry if I missed it in another thread.

My parents finally booked their flights for our Sept. 5th trip today. I went into MDE to add our flight times and can't find anywhere on the site to do this. Is it because we're within 30 days of our trip and it's too late to do it now?

How do I go about adding our flight numbers to the system so we can get a ride on ME from the airport?

Thanks - yeah, I will call them if I can't do it online. Was just hoping to avoid the WDW phone mess that everyone talks about.

Thanks!! I tried doing a search on their website and looking through all the options on MDE and never found this. Thanks again!!

and... the online form has no way to arrange for split stays. sigh. guess I'll have to call after all.

Calling ME directly does not go to the Disney phone mess, it goes to Mears Transportation who operates the buses

Yes, you can do this online. Since you have 2 reservation numbers with a split stay, you will need to make 2 separate entries in the DME form. So the first form you will enter the hotel you will stay at upon arrival. Tell it that you only need DME for your arrival, enter your flight to MCO info, and none for departing your hotel. Submit that form.

Next, start over enter the reservation number for the hotel you're switching to. When it asks if you've already submitted a form, click no. That is only if you need to make a correction from a previous submission. Tell it you will not need DME for your arrival but you will for your departure, and enter your flight info for going home. Ta Da! Complete. :thumbsup2

You should get 2 emails within the next few days as confirmation for each reservation. If this fails, then call, though as pp mentioned it really isn't so bad to call. You get a real person very quickly, compared to calling Disney's regular line.
