Booking Luau - Is this 90 days?

I know the ADRs have shrunk to 90 days, does that include the dinner shows? I want to do the Polynesian Luau in August.

Also, we're booked with VH at ASMu - will I still be able to book for the first 10 days? Will I need any reference numbers.

I hate using the phone (they never understand my very bland English accent) so the more info I have the less flustered I'll get when the time comes.
