Hello, Ive just found this wonderful site and I was hoping for help please. We have found a great hotel and several sites show a price of $150 a night. We have found a company who show the same hotel for $80.How do we know if its legitimate?
Is it too good to be true or should we just go for it?
Any suggestions greatly recieved.
Thanks
Lorry

what the site name?

what the hotel name?

I take it this is not a Disney (WDW) hotel right?

so go over on the Orlando hotels/attraction board and ask there.

Need more info. Welcome to the DIS Boards!!

If it is Hotelkingdom...I think a lot of people on the Budget Board have success there...you might want to post on the budget baord for help with budget or the Orlando Area Hotels if you are considering something offsite. :welcome: to the DIS

Thanks for your replies.
Im afraid I had to be vague because I wasnt allowed to mention the site or hotel by name because Im a newbie. Keeps coming up unable to post because too many URLs
Thanks
Lorry

Hi we have had great luck at Comfort Suites Maingate East right on 192 it is about 1 1/2-2miles from the maingate, it has plenty of restaurants nearby, Wal Mart is about 5 miles down the street etc.
We applied for an Orlando Magic card and were able to get a rate of 64 per night last August, this July we are getting 79 per night w/the card (which you can get online just key in Orlando Magic Card in search and it will give you the site I will try to put in a link.

This hotel is all suites, has 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, table chairs, sm refrig, sink, cupboards etc. and a large bathroom. We are a family of 5, w/kids 9, 6 and 4. It was perfect for us and right next to Old town, we loved it; they also have free hot breakfast every morning so it is a great savings.
We have just bought into the DVC for this coming year since this will be our 4th trip w/the kids and it seemed to make more financial sense. We did love this hotel and are actually staying there again this summer. Hope this helps, there are also many more hotels listed on the Magic card site under accomodations. And the rates are really good. Good Luck. Laurie W. :flower:
