Booking Grand Gathering events?

Sounds like I need to do this exactly 90 days out. Do I need to call when their phones open? What number do i use to book this?
Must i have a Grand Gatherings group number already set up to be able to book this?

We used a TA so she got us our GG number. Need to make sure you make your your ressies as close as possible to the 90 days out to get the days you want. Sounds like they book up pretty fast.

When I made my reservations for the Wishes Voyage I had to have my GG # and the names of everyone going. It was charged to my acct. that day. We loved the wishes voyage. The captian of the boat was dressed like a pirate and he sang songs and told jokes. The gathering before we boarded the boat had a nice variety of dessests and fruit. I did not make my reservations at 90 days out. Could not get the voyage at first. We got lucky and they added another night. I would say it is important to call as soon as possible.

We booked our fireworks cruise right at the 90 day mark and I called 407 WDW PLAN(939-7526).

For the Grand Gatherings events including Magical Fireworks Voyage, call 407-WDW-PLAN.

For regular Illuminations and Wishes cruises, call 407-WDW-PLAY.

They are different and each cannot book the other so make sure you're calling the right one.
