"All circuits are busy" cant even get connected to the Disney phone line and the website says page not found. Looks like there will be no luck in getting a discount for my January trip at this point....

Keep trying. Hitting redial right after. I finally got through and then had a 1 hrs 17 min wait on hold.

I haven't booked yet, but had no problem getting on their website in Chrome .. looked at all kinds of options for hotels/room only/s/p/d...

This happens every. Single. Time. that a special offer opens. Phone lines jam and online freezes up due to demand. I feel so sorry for the CMswho inevitably have to get the blowback from frustrated callers. Highly unlikely that you will fail to get a discount as long as you can be flexible with your room category, resort and/or dates.

Just keep hitting redial or refresh and be patient.

I didn't even try to call until 10, and only waited about 5 min. Was able to apply the discount without changing anything else.

I would also recommend trying Chrome. I tried IE and it wasn't connecting but I had no problem with Chrome.

For me Chrome wouldn't work! I had to use Firefox, which loaded just fine.

I also ended up calling twice, once around 9:30am CST when I was only on hold for maybe 5 minutes, and then again around 11am CST when I was only hold maybe 30 seconds. So not bad at all!

I spent over 3 hours on hold this morning. By the time I got through most of the discounts were gone and saved only $125. If I didn't already have flights booked I would have cancelled my existing reservation and vacationed somewhere else. The cast members are very nice but the company who puts this inadequate system in place should be more attuned to their "guests" need for service. This is probably going to be my last trip to Disney.

I just got an email from Disney telling me that they were sorry but that the cast members were working as hard as they could. The problem it not the cast members. The problem is an inadequate system which shows how little the company really cares about their "guests".

I booked for a few clients today and I had a very long wait. However, keep that chin up - I am on the site now and there are still January deals! You'll be fine, just don't give up!

Just wanted to let everyone know. I was on hold for like 2 minutes and done with my transaction in about 7 minutes, so total time was like 10 minutes. I called and modified my room only ressie from December to February. I did like someone here previously mentioned: spoke into the phone with "discounts" and got right through.

Good Luck Everyone!!

Hang in there. After a totally unmagical experience yesterday, I got through today, in only 10 minutes, and booked the package that I was told was not available yesterday. Saved an additional $370 by changing resorts today. Still not sure how the system can do that but today, for me at least, it worked.

Same thing happened to me this morning...Just keep trying :-)

After waiting a few days and trying multiple browsers I finally ended up with a "deal". Availability was slim for the 30% off (and nothing left at a value level) so I ended up going with the S/P/D offer at ASSp. My original ressie was for one adult, 4 nights, room only, standard room at ASSp.

I ended up having to upgrade to a preferred room (which I do love the Surf's Up section the best anyway) and ended up coming out a little ahead...

I doubt my calculations are how Disney does the math but it looks like im paying full rack rate for the room, full price for the 3 day base ticket, and getting the QS dining plan for about $17.00/day (which is pretty much like paying the children's rate).

Overall SPD saved me about $105.00 - better than nothing!
