It's great that they are opening free dining now! However, I have a few questions. I'm trying to plan an extended family trip to Disney during free dining in September. Some are a little reluctant to commit right now. I had originally told them that we would be able to book in April 2011 if they offered free dining again. From what I read, it seems like we have to book by December 2010? I assume that they won't open it again in March/April 2011.
Perhaps I can convince them to book now and cancel later in early 2011 if it doesn't work for them. Two of the maybes is my DH and my Dad. My mom and I really want to go and we would normally book a room for each of us. What if we booked a room for DH and me and a room for my mom and my dad and then if the boys decide not to go would Disney be okay with us switching me and my mom to a room and cancelling the extra room during a promotion? Would that affect anything?
